Vehicle Rental & Passenger Guidelines
Essential guidelines for passengers travelling in our sedan, MUV, and Tempo Traveller fleet.
Last Updated: September 20261. Luggage & Seating Capacity Limits
Passengers must adhere to the designated seating and luggage limits of the reserved vehicle category (Sedan: 4 Passengers, MUV Ertiga/Carens: 6 Passengers, Innova Crysta: 6-7 Passengers, Tempo Traveller: 12-17 Passengers). Excess luggage exceeding trunk capacity must not block passenger seating.
2. Vehicle Cleanliness & Hygiene
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying hazardous or contraband materials inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Passengers are requested to help keep the vehicle clean during outstation trips.
3. Route Discipline & Driver Directives
Drivers follow pre-approved trip routes and statutory highway speed limits. Unscheduled off-road detours onto unsafe or non-navigable terrain are subject to driver discretion and weather conditions.
4. Passenger Safety & Belongings
Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers are responsible for securing personal items, electronics, and valuables during halts and sightseeing stops.
